🥑Here’s a little snippet of some fun body weight work we did in class last week! This is a workout that can be completed at your local track, or even in your own home (with modifications).⁣ ⁣ 🥑Set up three cones, each about ten paces apart from each other! Each of those cones is what we call a “CHECK POINT”- every time you hit a check point, you must complete 4-8 reps of the designated movement (see whiteboard for details).⁣ ⁣ 🥑Begin each round with a quarter mile sprint! Then, start with the first exercises:⁣ Air Squats @ CP, and short stride walking lunges to travel. Make your way down, and back to your starting point. Then move on to the next set of movements! Your first round, complete 4 reps of every check point exercise, your second round 6, and your final round 8! ⁣ ⁣ 🥑Don’t forget your quarter mile run after completing all four of the sets before moving on to your next round!!⁣ #intensityatlandshark #bodyweightworkout #lowerbody #legday #sprints #athleticworkouts #lowerbodyhiit #hiitworkout #hiit
